Blimey, long time and no blog updating! Anyway here goes...
So cast your mind back to Sunday 31st May for a minute (I'm posting this on 28th June!) and it was a 'swift' Pen y Ghent, Plover Hill and Whitber Hill run from home. One of my regulars although this was only my second time round this year. The weather was quite a contrast from when I did it in arctic conditions
at the end of January, thats for sure!
